Appeals

The Migration Act 1958 confers the right for an applicant to apply to a Tribunal or Court to have an unfavourable decision reviewed either on its merits or on a question of law. It is important that you are aware of your legal rights in relation to reviews and appeals so that you act within the prescribed rules and timeframes; failure to adhere to these rules may bar you from your right to a review.

The Migration team at Berrigan Doube Migration consists of Registered Migration Agents / Lawyers who can assist you with all aspects of migration law and process and not just your initial application. If you have received an unfavourable decision, we can take over as your migration / legal representatives. Our legal skill and experience has allowed us to enjoy great success with appeal applications; and to put your mind at ease, our team will prepare everything for you and keep you updated as the case progresses.
