Permanent Visas

Australia welcomes successful business people to apply their knowledge and expertise in Australia. Senior Managers in high level management of large corporate entities may also qualify for a provisional visa to allow them to travel to Australia. This visa is similar to the Business Owners Visa except that you do not need to hold ownership interests in any business entities. Investors with a high level of skill in investing may apply to qualify for a provisional visa to allow them to travel to Australia and direct their expertise and assets into the Australian Economy. The investment may be in various categories, such as bonds; shares; debentures; deposits or foreign exchange. The provisional visa is initially for four years, but you may immediately lodge an application for permanent residency after two years in Australia.

Talent Visa allows an applicant with exceptional business or investment skills and substantial net assets to apply their business/investment expertise in Australia and immediately gain permanent residency.
